The name benneon is a wordplay on “Ben Nihan” (“I am Nihan” in Turkish), which is phonetically almost the same.

I primarily use gouache paints (Winsor & Newton Designer gouache and/or Holbein Acrylic Gouache) for the base of my paintings. I add the details with acrylic markers (POSCA) and brush pens (Kuretake, Micron, Faber Castell).
